Christmas at Madison Park

Our Hope This Christmas...

The hope of Christmas doesn't just transcend our circumstances - it enters into them like light in the darkness. Whatever you've gone through this year, the Christmas story is for you. It's the story Immanuel: God WITH Us.

God came to earth to seek and save the lost. If you have experienced His love, then Christmas is an opportunity to spread the word to others! There are resources below for inviting people to Christmas at Madison Park. We also have Wish Lists for Families, which supports individual kids, schools, and families in our community in tangible ways this season.

"I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior has been born today!" Luke 1:10-11

Facebook Event: Celebrate The Light

Christmas Eve Services

Online | December 24, 5:00 PM

Join us online on Christmas Eve, December 24th to worship together and celebrate the day when the Light of the World came to Earth! We are so excited about this unique opportunity to gather as one big family in an online Christmas experience.

The need in our community was great prior to a global pandemic. As we come to the last two months of this challenging year, families in our community look toward the Christmas season wondering how they are going to make this a joyful time for their children. At Madison Park this Christmas, we want to help families make that happen!

This year's Wish List for Families program strengthens our relationships with foster families in our congregation and community, teachers in the Madison Park Learning Place, and students at Anderson High School. Through supporting these families and children during this Christmas season, you can be a beacon of Christ’s love in our community!

Our Missions team has compiled a Wish Lists for the following groups. You may request a wish list to shop yourself or click the button to make a financial donation. These funds will be used to purchase items on any remaining, un-claimed lists.

Christmas is a time when many people are willing to open their hearts to God. What an amazing opportunity to share the good news! Madison Park is giving you the resources to invite people to experience the good news of Christmas.

  1. Invite your friends to the Celebrate The Light, free drive-through light display event. They will see the message that they are loved and be invited to Christmas services.
  2. Invite your friends to our online Christmas Eve Facebook event. Many people are isolated this season. Our online service will be a time of unity, encouragement, and worship. Pastors will be chatting and texting with people, praying with them, and helping people take their next step in faith.

How can I connect with MPC online?

  • View Live-Streamed Services at YouAreLoved.life/WatchLive and participate in the chat.
  • Follow our Facebook Page.
  • Join the MPC Virtual Community Group on Facebook.
  • Host an online watch party for Christmas Eve Service. Tips for a Facebook Watch Party
  • Post to our Prayer Wall and check it regularly to pray for others.
  • Follow along with Pastor Brandon in an Advent Devotional on YouVersion. Check back Dec 1st for the link.
  • Engage (chat, like, share, etc) with us and others online. When you ghost (watch silently without participating), that makes it harder for YOU to feel that you are a part and it prevents others from connecting with you.

What to expect Christmas Eve...

We will mark the occasion together online as a whole and unified church family.

Our worship team will lead us in worship and Christmas carols, Paul will shed new light on the Christmas story, and our pastors will be online to welcome everyone to Christmas Eve service. This is going to be a special time for the whole family - don't miss it!

Christmas Eve service will stream on December 24th at 4:00 PM and be available to watch On Demand afterwards.

What should parents know about?

MP Kids and MP Youth are helping the next generation celebrate Christmas through virtual ministry, traditional mail, and more.

  • Follow the MP Kids Facebook page. They go live every Sunday, post teachings videos for each age group, and keep you updated on other events and opportunities to celebrate this season.
  • Sign up for the NextGen enews to updates via email.

How can I volunteer?

Contact Pastor Ali Robinson to volunteer for Celebrate The Light, a COVID-safe outreach event for families in our community. Ali can be reached via email at

2021 Kicks Off with a poignant series titled, "Who Is God?".

There couldn't be a better time to turn our eyes upward and remember that God is God and I am not.

Someone once said, “God made man in his own image, and man returned the favor.” The quote is acknowledgement that we tend to let our personal experiences shape our thinking about God.
What if, instead, we began to form an understanding of God based on what He tells us about Himself and the
bigger picture of how people have known and experienced God throughout history? Is it possible that a better
understanding of God might shape how we think about the world, the human experience, and even ourselves?

Who is God? If we get this right, it could change everything!

We can't wait to see you in January!
